How Long Will My Order Take? A gift that is non-personalized items can ship within a matter of days, however all of our personalized gifts require more time because they are made especially for you.
Below are approximate completion times for our personalized gifts:
Embroidered Gifts: we currently require about 3-4 business days to complete your order.RUSH OPTION: For an extra $5.00/item we are able to complete a embroidered gift within two business days. Please call or email us with your request.
Hand Painted Wooden Stools: require about 2 weeks to complete.
Canvas Artwork & Wooden Letters: require approximately 4-6 weeks to complete.Personalized Mezuzzahs: require approximately 4 weeks to complete.
Note: We strive to provide a quick return-time on your order. Please let us know if you have a deadline and we will do our best to satisfy your request. But unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee any completion times or delivery times for your purchases.
How Do I Place An Order? ONLINE:
To order online, just add your items to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. Click on the "Shopping Cart" link at the top of the page at any time to check the contents of the shopping cart, remove items or change the items. When you are ready to check out, just click on the "Checkout" in your shopping cart and proceed by providing the required information (shipping info., billing info., payment method, etc.)
BY PHONE:Phone orders are welcome. Please call during our regular business hours. Your order will be entered into our system and you will receive an invoice by email verifying your order. Our local phone number is: 416-638-1227 or toll-free: 1-866-638-1227
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS:
After placing an order, you will receive an email that includes the details of your order and confirms that we have received it. When your order is shipped, we will send you a 2nd email with the shipping details and (if applicable) a tracking number.
RECEIPTS:
Receipts are not included with orders when they are shipped as many of our gifts are being sent directly to the recipient. Instead, you will be sent a receipt via email. Please keep your receipt. We need to know your order number for any cancellations.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted? We accept the following credit card payments through our secured site: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you have a Paypal account, we also accept payment throug Paypal.



Is Your Shopping Cart Secure? You Name It Baby uses InternetSecure, the Canadian leader in Internet Payment Processing since 1995. After purchasing your items, you provide your billing information and credit card number on secure pages hosted by InternetSecure. This secure server protects your persnal information, including your name, address and credit card information. All of your personal information is encrypted so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Can I Customize An Order? Many of our artists are able to customize a gift for you. Send us a colour sample, a fabric swatch, or a picture or your instructions and our artists will do their best to match them. Please note that exact colour matching is not guaranteed.

How Do I Make A Change Or Cancel An Existing Order? If you need to make a change or cancel an order that you placed, please contact us immediately. Please call 416-638-1227 or email us at info@younameitbaby.com. In your email, please be sure to include your name, phone number, order number and the products(s) you ordered. As long as the gift has not been personalized yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request. It may not be possible to change/cancel your order if it has already been personalized or in the process of being customized for you.

Can You Gift Wrap My Item(s)? We are happy to offer free gift wrapping! At the "checkout" section on-line, please indicate that you would like to have your gifts wrapped and fill out the gift card with a special message. We can have your gift shipped directly to the recipient and no receipt will be included.

What Taxes Are Charged On My Order? Sales tax is charged only on orders purchased from a Canadian address. Standard provincial taxes will be applied plus GST of 5%.
There is no sales tax on US or International orders.

What Is Your Return Policy? PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
We do not accept returns for any custom-made and/or personalized gifts. We are not responsible for errors made in spelling on the customers' part. Please be sure of the spelling before you make your order as items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective, or if we have made an error in spelling or size. These items will be fixed or replaced at our cost. Please note that while we try our very best to prevent duplication of identical gifts, personalized gift duplication is not guaranteed and we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for any duplicated personalized gift.
NON–PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
We gladly accept returns or exchanges of other, non-personalized products. Please note that we must be contacted by phone or email within 15 days of receipt. Once you have received confirmation to return the item(s), send the item(s) back to us, in its original condition, and we will refund your purchase, less shipping and handling. Any returns sent to us without prior notification will be refused. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable. Please insure the package, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
