How long does it take to complete an order?
- Non-personalized items can ship within a matter of days, however, all of our personalized gifts require more time because they are made especially for you.
- Below are approximate completion times for our most popular products.
- Embroidered gifts require about 1 week to complete. For an extra $5.00 we are often able to complete a rush order sooner. Please email or call us with your request.
- Hand painted wooden stools and growth charts require about 7-10 days to complete.
- Canvas artworkand wooden letters requires approximately 4-6 weeks to complete.
Can I customize an order?
Many of our artists are able to customize a gift for you. Send us a colour sample, a fabric swatch, a picture or your instructions and our artists will do their best to match them.
How do I make a change or cancel an existing order?
Please call 416-638-1227 or email us immediately if you need to make a change to an order that you placed. In your email, please be sure to include your name, phone number, order number and the products(s) you ordered. As long as the gift has not been personalized yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request. It may not be possible to change/cancel your order if it has already been personalized or in the process of being customized for you.
