All prices are calculated in Canadian (CDN) dollars.
Ordering Information
ONLINE:
To order online, just add your items to your shopping cart by clicking on the "
Add to Cart" button. Click on the "
Shopping Cart" link at the top of the page at any time to check the contents of the shopping cart, remove items or change the items. When you are ready to check out, just click on the "
Checkout" in your shopping cart and proceed by providing the required information (shipping info., billing info., payment method, etc.)
We use PAYPAL for on-line payment of credit cards. Paypal uses secure socket-layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal information during the ordering process, ensuring that it can't be read in transit.
BY PHONE:
Phone orders are welcome. Please call during our set phone ordering hours. Your order will be entered into our system and you will receive an invoice by email verifying your order.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:
Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATIONS:
After placing an order, you will receive an email that includes the details of your order and confirms that we have received it. When your order is shipped, we will send you a 2nd email with the shipping details and (if applicable) a tracking number.
RECEIPTS:
Receipts are
not included with orders when they are shipped as many of our gifts are being sent directly to the recipient. Instead, you will be sent a receipt via email. Please keep your receipt. We need to know your order number for any cancellations.
SALES TAX:
Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to a Canadian address. GST of 5% or HST of 14% is charged on orders shipped within Canada, depending on the ship-to-province. There is no sales tax on US or International shipments.
Shipping Information
We are happy to offer
free gift wrapping. We can have your gift shipped directly to the recipient and include a gift card with a special message from you. No receipt will be included with your order.
XPRESSPOST SHIPPING:
Most orders are shipped via Canada Post's XPressPost Service. This service provides you with a tracking number to track your package on
www.canadapost.ca as well as coverage for loss or damage up to $100 (additional coverage $1.00 per $100).

*Oversized Product Exception – Some of our products are unusually large or heavy to ship (ex: stools, bookholders and canvas painting larger than 24" in either length or width). An additional charge of $10.00 will be added to your credit card.
CUSTOM FEES:
All of our products are shipped within Canada so there are NO custom fees for our Canadian customers.
Please note that merchandise exported out of the country to another country must clear customs and the recipient of the merchandise may have to pay duties on the item(s). We have no control over these charges. Some items below a certain value may not be charged any duties.
COURIER DELIVERY OPTION:
Courier Delivery is available to the Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, North York, Thornhill, Vaughan and Mississauga). Once your order is complete a courier will deliver your item(s) within 2 business days.
